Share Your Experiences

We know that it is incredibly difficult to come to terms with such tragedy, but if we are to change the system, we need your help too. If we come together and tell our stories it will make more people listen for longer and take action.

If you have suffered due to hospital closures or poor maternity care we hope that you can share your experiences with us and help us to make a positive change. Please send your story to andrew@jakescharity.org
